A Magyar Nemzeti Táncegyüttes művészei alkotó munkájuk alapjának tekintették az eredeti tánc- és zenei hagyományaink megismerését és bemutatását. Műsorukkal olyan utazásra hívnak minket, amelynek során újra „felfedezhetjük” népművészetünk ragyogó viseleteit, népzenénk elbűvölő dallamait és táncaink utánozhatatlan virtuozitását.
This production of the FrenÁk Company features adynamic team, the members of a new generation. The young, creative dancers draw on the energies of their colourful cultural and linguistic differences as they bring a new creative approach to FrenÁk’s concept. It is a fusion of the arts, a multimedia work with two contrasting yet complementary parts that reflect on the contradictions of our times.
The Fitos Dezső Dance Company is careful to regularly stage dance theatre performances that consider the authentic transmission of folklore and the cultures of various historical Hungarian regions as their primary goal. Transylvania Express is a selection of Transylvanian dances and music. With this performance, we want to convey the message that traditional culture lives on in all of us who believe in the value of keeping tradition alive—because tradition defines our future!
