Az erdő varázslatos világában Hermész örökösen változó figurája találkozik a szintén ellentmondásos női princípiummal, testet öltenek a lélek, a szellem, a test, az anima és animus ambivalens karakterei.
Az egyre bizonytalanabb térben és időben az evidenciák megkérdőjeleződnek, a határok a szerelem, a vágyak, a csalódás és beteljesülés, a valóság, a képzelet és az álmok között, feloldódnak, elmosódnak a férfi-nő, isteni-halandó, megsemmisülés és (újjá)születés, a konfliktus-harmónia ellentmondásai.
Kovács Gerzson Péter legújabb, provokatív, fájdalmasan szép produkciójában zúgnak és susognak az erdő fái, beszippant a sötétség elrepítenek a fények, andalít és felkavar zene. Az utazás végére minden átalakul, a mágikus erdő megmutatja mindannyiunk valódi arcát…

Yvette Bozsik’s solo performance was inspired by Mineko Iwasaki, the protagonist of Memoirs of a Geisha. The performance takes viewers into the lonely, secretive, and personal world of Women of Dance and Art, the memoir of an elderly dancer who always danced with her whole soul. Yvette Bozsik’s iconic partner, Tamás Vati, also features in the performance, which reveals the inner work of a dancer’s self-knowledge, rituals, inner vibrations, and secrets in the triple unity of body, soul, and spirit. Yvette Bozsik’s solo performance was inspired by the autobiography Geisha of Gion by Mineko Iwasaki, the protagonist of the world-famous book and film Memoirs of a Geisha.
Who doesn't know the story of Cinderella, which starts out sad but end up as a happily ever after. Attila Emődi, a young creator and dance artist at GG Dance Eger, uses the well-known story and placed it in a contemporary-modern genre. It uses the widest possible range of theatrical tools and visuals to raise the quality of the performance together with its spectacular set.
The most renowned ensemble in Slovakia – the Slovak DanceTheatre (SDT) – whose productions have been presented worldwide from New York to Tokyo, is set to appear in Budapest for the very first time with the premiere of itslatest production, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”
