A jövő már elkezdődött – írta Robert Jungk 1971-ben. Az elmúlt hónapok vészterhes korszakában volt ideje az embernek elgondolkodni, hogy éli túl jövője rá váró válságait, a holnap problémáira milyen válaszai lehetnek. Mire várunk? A változás nem kívülről jön el.

Tiltott ösvények
A Tiltott ösvények tisztelgés azok előtt, akiknek nem adatik meg a mozgás szabadsága. A világon több ország is van, ahol törvények tiltják a nyilvános táncot, egymás megérintését, a táncművészet gyakorlását. Garrett Smith amerikai koreográfus a dallasi Bruce Wood Dance táncegyesület után Európában először a Miskolci Balett társulatának adta át ezt a koreográfiát, amely rávilágít arra, hogy a művészet szabadságát nem lehet korlátozni, harcolni kell azért, hogy szabadon táncolhassunk, szabadon élhessünk.

Our offer
Humanity has grown too distant from its original, natural environment. While we yearn for a more harmonious existence, we are surrounded by more and more chaos every day, making it increasingly difficult to find our way around and live a healthy life.
Zsófia Pirók was the first Hungarian to earn a degree in flamenco dance from the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza in Seville. Her performances have been featured both in Hungarian and in international theatres and tablaos. In 2019, she was awarded the title Best Dancer of the Season from the Association of Hungarian Dance Artists. Her premieres are part of the programme at the National Dance Theatre Budapest, where she represents the highest level of the art of flamenco in Hungary.
The next stop of our Live Dance Archive series, marked by the name of Zoltán Zsuráfszky, will be presented under the title Viharsarok, this time directed by Gergő Sánta, dance leader of the Hungarian National Dance Ensemble.
