In the new On Tiptoe series, dance critic Léna Megyeri and music historian Ádám Bősze invite each other (and, of course, the audience) to play a game. Each one of their presentations is focused on a certain keyword or topic and invokes legendary figures, key masterpieces and intriguing stories of dance and music history.

Fragment 24 My Country is a cycle of six symphonic poems by the renowned Czech composer Bedřich Smetana, rooted in his love for his homeland. It is a celebration of the beauties of Czech nature, major national legends, and in part actual historical events as well.
This production of the FrenÁk Company features adynamic team, the members of a new generation. The young, creative dancers draw on the energies of their colourful cultural and linguistic differences as they bring a new creative approach to FrenÁk’s concept. It is a fusion of the arts, a multimedia work with two contrasting yet complementary parts that reflect on the contradictions of our times.
