A moving story, a fictitious family drama told in the language of dance and poetry. What does the Trianon era mean to them? – the shared emotional experience of shock, crises, conflicts, sacrifices, fear and escape caused by separation. Ever since God gave Adam a companion, fashioned from his rib, in Paradise, the order of the world has been that no one should live alone. Its modality has taken dozens of shades over the millennia since then: cohabitation, bigamy, polygamy, polyandry, all the way until we come to the most familiar form today.
In Lutte of Birds, a sense of the soaring of birds seeps through the original concept of Lutte, creating a new and exciting dynamic fusion between the themes of struggle and freedom familiar from Frenak. “We keep others on a leash and pet them as long as they serve us, but the moment they want to move around even a little bit, the moment they want to go, we pull them back,” Frenák describes the violent, power-seeking attitude that appears in Lutte and that has haunted our world for centuries.
RAMAZURI, the dazzling show will make you laugh, will cheer and charge you up. It is a remarkable and grandiose dance-circus cavalcade dubbed with live music and acrobatic elements that tune up the witty and joyful choreographies.
